TK Nails Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Overview

All TK Nails memberships require a three-month minimum commitment and automatically renew monthly after the initial three-month term.

TK Nails memberships are designed to give members monthly service value, exclusive perks, and a simple way to stay consistent with their nail care routine.

The Essential Membership

$59 per month

Includes $70 in monthly service value

The Premier Membership

$99 per month

Includes $120 in monthly service value

Membership benefits may be used toward eligible TK Nails services during the active membership month.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are available only during each active membership month. Any unused monthly service value or benefits do not roll over to the next month.

Membership benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred, shared, assigned, or used by another guest.

Membership benefits may only be used at TK Nails in Westwood, Los Angeles, where the membership was purchased.

Eligible services, benefits, discounts, and membership perks are subject to change at the discretion of TK Nails.

Membership service value may be used toward eligible nail services. Add-ons and upgrades, including but not limited to nail art, French, chrome, ombré, repairs, removals, Gel-X, hard gel, specialty designs, and other premium services, may require additional payment.

Tips are not included in any membership and must be paid separately.

Payment Authorization

A monthly payment based on the membership plan selected will be charged to the member’s credit card beginning on the date the membership is purchased.

The membership will continue to renew and charge monthly on the same calendar day each month unless the membership is canceled according to the cancellation policy below.

By enrolling in a TK Nails membership, the member authorizes TK Nails to charge the card on file for the monthly membership fee and any applicable fees related to missed appointments, late cancellations, or other membership-related charges.

The member is responsible for keeping payment information current. If a payment fails, TK Nails may pause, suspend, or cancel membership benefits until the account is brought current.

Monetary refunds are not issued for unused membership benefits, unused service value, missed services, or partially used membership months.

Enrollment and Eligibility

Guests may enroll in a TK Nails membership in person at TK Nails or online, if online enrollment is available.

Members must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Guests under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling in a TK Nails membership, the member agrees to these terms and conditions.

The membership begins on the date of enrollment and continues for an initial term of three membership months. After the initial three-month term, the membership automatically renews month to month until canceled according to the cancellation policy.

Pricing and Program Changes

Membership prices, benefits, eligible services, and program details are subject to change.

TK Nails reserves the right to update membership pricing or benefits with written or electronic notice to the member at least 30 days before the change takes effect, unless otherwise required by law.

If a member does not agree to the updated pricing or benefits, the member may cancel the membership after completing the initial three-month commitment.

Program Exclusions

TK Nails memberships cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, gift cards, loyalty rewards, coupons, special offers, or third-party offers unless TK Nails specifically allows it in writing.

Membership service value may not be used toward tips, taxes, retail products, gift cards, deposits, missed appointment fees, cancellation fees, or other non-service charges.

Retail product discounts, if included in a membership, apply only to eligible retail items and may not be combined with other promotions.

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Members are required to follow the TK Nails appointment cancellation policy.

We require notice before canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, and no-show appointments may result in a cancellation fee or may cause the scheduled membership service value to be considered used for that appointment.

If a member misses an appointment or cancels late, TK Nails reserves the right to charge the card on file according to the salon’s cancellation policy.

If a membership benefit or monthly service value was reserved for the missed appointment, that benefit or value may be considered redeemed for that membership month.

Freezing a Membership

Memberships may be frozen one time per calendar year for one membership month.

To request a freeze, the member must contact TK Nails in writing at least seven days before the next billing date.

A minimum of one membership payment must be completed before a membership is eligible to be frozen.

During a membership freeze, the member may not use membership benefits, discounts, monthly service value, or other membership perks.

At the end of the freeze period, the membership will automatically reactivate, and the card on file will be charged on the next scheduled billing date.

Canceling a Membership

Memberships require a three-month minimum commitment and cannot be canceled during the initial three-month term, except where required by law.

After the three-month minimum has been completed, the membership may be canceled by providing an email notice at tknails.la.studio@gmail.com to TK Nails at least seven days before the next billing date. Cancellation will take effect on the next renewal date. Memberships are billed in full-month increments, and partial-month refunds are not provided.

Once a membership is canceled, all unused membership benefits, monthly service value, discounts, and perks are forfeited.

Monetary refunds are not issued for unused services or unused membership value.

Termination by TK Nails

TK Nails reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at any time if:

The member’s payment fails

The member violates these terms

The member abuses the membership program

The member behaves inappropriately toward staff, technicians, clients, or the business

The membership program is changed, paused, or discontinued

If TK Nails terminates a membership, the member remains responsible for any amounts owed through the active membership month. No refunds will be issued for unused benefits unless required by law.

Program Changes or Discontinuation

TK Nails reserves the right to modify, restrict, pause, or discontinue the membership program or any part of the program at any time.

If the membership program is discontinued, any remaining membership benefits or service value must be used before the program end date, unless otherwise stated by TK Nails or required by law.

TK Nails is not responsible for unused benefits after a membership is canceled, frozen, terminated, or discontinued.

Member Responsibility

Members are responsible for understanding and following the membership terms and conditions.

Members are responsible for keeping their contact information and payment information up to date.

TK Nails is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect member information, outdated payment methods, missed messages, or failure to review membership terms.

General Terms

These terms and conditions make up the full agreement between TK Nails and the member regarding the TK Nails membership program.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

TK Nails reserves the right to interpret and apply these membership terms at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
